TR-3B Does It Exist?

One of the more incredible 'black project' possibilities is the TR-3B Astra.  Mr. Fouche says it does exist.  But does it?

Wow!  Are company has a TR-3B Astra!!  Actually we have quite a few....speaker phones in our conference rooms.  We use them to interview invisible applicants for high paying jobs.  We don't care if you're from Mars, if you write good code you're in!
