A recording artist in the family...
« on: June 01, 2005, 05:36:17 PM »
Here's a totally non-space releated topic...

My cousin, Dan May, recently released his first music CD.  I just heard it for the first time last week and I'm really impressed.  Dan's a guy who had to deal with a great deal of adversity earlier in his life, so we're all very proud of what he's gone on to accomplish.  Besides, it's just really cool having a recording artist in the family. 8)

If you'd like, you can hear his songs here:

I listened to one of his songs... he's good! I'm sure there aren't any singers in MY family (and the world should be greatful for that ;)).

I don't know were he got his voice from, but my immediately family sure didn't inherit any of it.  On a scale of 1 to 10, I'm a one. :(  It a good thing I'm good with numbers.

I read on one Web page that he'll be touring this summer.  I hope he comes somewhere near Dayton.  The last time I saw Dan was at a family reunion many years ago.
