Everyday Technology Derived from The Space Race

Hi there,

I need to find as much technology which came from spacetravel and shuttle technology as I can. I've already mentioned all the automobile examples from a previous topic, thanks.
Someone told me that Teflon was originally mainly used in spacecraft. I cant find this so can anyone confrim this? Also if anyone knows anything else that came from the technology developed due to space exploration, I'd be very gateful.
