I listened to the 05/03/2010 podcast of The Space Show:
http://www.thespaceshow.com/ (Don,
this show is local in your neighborhood KKNW-AM.) The show focused on an orbital propellant depot concept by Dallas Bienhoff of Boeing.
I question the economics of LEO or Lagrange fuel depots. It seems like it would cost more to haul up additional fuel than hauling up the fuel with you. I can see fuel depots on asteroids where the ice is harvested and made into fuel. I can only see a depot being used if there is a source-on-site of fuel.
