I was informed a week ago that my services on CEV were no longer required as it was a casualty of this group presently in the WH.  This is the second project that I was part of that was cancelled by this administration in the last year. I believe in CA we have the worst reps in the US Congress, waxman and boxer!  By all means write both houses of Congress.

You crack me up, SM!    Makes me think of an old Tommy Smothers joke- "Politics- I looked up the meaning.  It comes from the Latin 'poli,' meaning 'many'.... and TICS- meaing bloodsucking parasites."

But yeah- you're right, it doesn't hurt to let them know, even if the influence of we 'commoners' is miniscule.  DCSU- having been there, done that many times, I feel for you- sincerely hope that you and your talents get back to work some way some how-- soon!

I wrote up a six paragraph paper that emphasizes the Augustine Commission's findings on using the Delta-IVH or the Direct program or the SDLV. 
I will tweak the paper to send to my rep and senators.  I think the only way they will read it is to staple $100 bills on it!
