« on: December 07, 2007, 09:03:42 AM »
NASA release:
As a way to reach new audiences and take part in the conversation taking place on NASA, our missions and future, we've planted a flag on one of the fastest-growing, popular social media sites. Video tells a vivid story, so what better way to tell NASA's story than by rolling our cameras. Visit ReelNASA on YouTube to see what's on the reels at NASA.

Follow STS-122 through its training, days leading up to and during the mission via behind-the-scenes videos on NASA's YouTube channel. To date, this channel has gained 570 subscribers with more than 18,670 channel views.

A new playlist, "The Voyage of Columbus," has been added to ReelNASA, where you can find these videos, crew wake-up calls and other clips related to this mission: http://www.youtube.com/reelnasa

Brilliant. I hope PR programs like this will stop the young-uns from switching channels because "its just another stupid space launch". If they cannot get interested in aerospace, there is no future in it without new blood to replace the retiring generation.

Because it's not stupid, it's quite interesting.
I really don't know what to say...
