Now that this thread has been kicked back up....
We know that the Nat'l Geo production was yet another somewhat lame dramatization along the lines of "The Space Race" we've been discussing- though not quite so riddled with inacuracies.  The BBC documentary I've heard so much good about (apparently hosted by one of their prominent news reporters) has yet to be seen in this hemisphere, so far as I know.

And of course word is out now that Hollywood is working on a big-budget Challenger movie- which is supposed to tell the story using Feynman as the lead character.  Personally, I think Feynman's involvement in the Challenger investigation was a relatively minor post-script to; rather than the pinnacle of- his distinguished career.

I remember one of the networks did a 2-hour movie at the 10th anniversary of the accident.  I think Hollywood should not touch this one and leave it alone.  They would try to make it into a "Titanic" like movie.
