I'm betting they don't access the forum using the subdomain... it doesn't seem to be finding the CSS correctly and looks like crap, I'm sure they would have mentioned that. ;) I haven't used the subdomain address in a long time and just noticed how bad it looks.

Maybe... to be honest I'm not sure. If you bookmarked https://www.thespacerace.com/forum/index.php then it probably shouldn't have caused any problems.

This fixed my problem!!  For some reason I had my bookmark set to https://www.thespacerace.com/forum (no index.php).  I added the index.php and the problems are gone.  Thanks!

Signed in this afternoon (local) for first time in months. ( My apologies for absence.) As usual, PC remembered my info after I'd entered initial. Couple of hours later, using same link, screen was a mess, no log-in box etc etc...

I followed the 'we have a problem' thread, came in by suggested route, signed in afresh. So, we'll see what happens next time...

D'uh, yes, this Browser_PC runs XP_SP_2 behind a *paranoid* firewall.

I changed my bookmark, get a clean page, but Windoze(TM) does not auto-complete log-in...

No great problem, unlike domestic head-scratcher: diagnosing a newly built PC that will not power up...
