It looks like this thread isn't a very popular one. :(

Isn't anyone going to take a crack at the four unanswered questions?  I tried to go easy on you making it mulitple choice.

Well Bob, since no one has come back I am going to grab the bull by the horns. . . . .

I the wake of the recent 25th  anniversary of the murder of John Lennon . . .

I never got to see any of them "live" but I well remember that February 1964 appearance on "The Ed Sullivan Show". . . .

Now only us "geezers" are likely to know this but . . . .

Name the first wife of each of the four Beatles.

Semi inspired, of course, by the "First Wives Club" of NASA fame.

Since we seem to have moved on, I'll gives the answers to my last four questions:

During the decade of the 1950s, what song spent the most weeks at #1?
D.   Don’t Be Cruel, Elvis Presley, 11 weeks at #1

During the decade of the 1960s, what song spent the most weeks in the top 10?
C.   Hey Jude, The Beatles, 14 weeks in top 10

During the decade of the 1970s, what song spent the most weeks in the top 40?
E.   I Just Want To Be Your Everything, Andy Gibb, 23 weeks in top 40

What Song has the most charted versions?
C.   Mack The Knife, 7 versions made the top 40

I never got to see any of them "live" but I well remember that February 1964 appearance on "The Ed Sullivan Show". . . .
So do I, though I was only 6 years old at the time.

Name the first wife of each of the four Beatles.
The only wives I know are Linda McCartney (maiden name?) and Yoko Ono, but I don't know if they were Paul and John's first marriages.  Didn't George Harrison's first wife (I don't know her name) leave him to be with Eric Clapton?

Linda Eastman is correct. Yoko was John's second wife.

One so far.

I hate Yoko Ono.  Some people think I am evil and my mother-in-law thinks I am the anti-christ.  But that is nothing compared to the evil of YOKO ONO! (cue Godzilla music)

I think Harrison's first wife was Pattie Boyd.  (She's the one who wound up with Eric Clapton.)

I think that Harrison should have had a clue, when Clapton wrote "wonderful tonight" for/about Patty, that things were not going well
