Can't Change Display Name
« on: November 10, 2005, 09:02:00 AM »
Hello,

The name I wanted to use here was too long, so I just entered a short version.  The registration screen said I could change my display name later.  But I haven't been able to figure out how to do this.  Can anyone help?

Thanks,

Nick

Welcome Nick. :D

Go to your "Profile" page and look to the left. Click on "Account Related settings"

Under "Username" click on "change".

Hope this helps.

Well, I went there, and there is a username and a name, but I don't see an option to change either one of them.  They just appear on a uniform background, not in a text box or anything like that.  And I can't find any checkbox or other such thing to allow it to change...

Sounds like it is probably an Admin function then. I suggest you send a PM to LunarOrbit asking him to help you out.

OK, I'll try that.  Thanks.
